Today is world mental health day.
Many of us will suffer from a mental health issue at some stage – something that is getting worse with the breakdown of community structures, dispersed families and the increase of social media. If you’re struggling, keep going, and if you need support reach out.
Councillors Richard Elcho and Emily Payne will hold surgeries on the second Tuesday of every month from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm at Porchester Library, from 13th November 2018. We welcome the opportunity to talk to local residents about local issues, initiatives and ideas. Should you have a more urgent issue, or that time not suit, please do contact us.
